Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and definition to launch, iteration, and scale

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a Product Manager who combines strong execution with sharp product intuition and thrives in building AI-native products from the ground up:

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, with a strong interest in AI/ML and fast-moving technology environments.

  • A proven track record of shipping products in fast-paced settings, with clear lessons learned that shaped your product thinking.

  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity — turning fuzzy problem spaces into clear plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of the AI landscape, trends, and user expectations in emerging AI-driven experiences.

  • Exceptional product sense — you anticipate edge cases, understand second-order effects, and make sound tradeoffs without perfect information.

  • Deep user empathy and strong UX instincts, with an ability to design for both first-time users and advanced power users.

  • Ownership mentality and bias for action: you fix, ship, learn, and iterate rather than over-plan.

  • Comfort operating in a high-intensity startup environment where speed and adaptability matter.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

What you will work on

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and definition to launch, iteration, and scale.

  • Define clear, measurable problems in ambiguous spaces and translate them into actionable product initiatives.

  • Set product roadmaps and drive prioritization, supporting sprint planning, backlog management, and issue triage.

  • Lead the development of new products, ensuring successful launches and smooth ongoing operations.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.

  • Act as the connective layer across teams, synthesizing feedback from users and internal stakeholders to guide decisions.

  • Run rapid experimentation cycles: form hypotheses, test quickly, engage with customers often, and iterate based on insights.

  • Make data-informed decisions to uncover patterns, validate opportunities, and answer key product questions.

  • Jump across a wide range of problem spaces — onboarding, UX refinement, growth experiments, power features, and user research.

Your must haves

  • Experience owning products from concept to launch and beyond, especially in GenAI or deeply technical domains.

  • Strong analytical toolkit: comfortable working with data, writing SQL (or equivalent), analyzing funnels/cohorts, and balancing insight with intuition.

  • Demonstrated ability to move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver outcomes with limited structure.

  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams — aligning engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders without relying on authority.

  • Clear, efficient communicator who writes product specs, roadmaps, and updates that teams actually use.

  • A true product generalist mindset — energized by wearing multiple hats and tackling diverse challenges rather than specializing narrowly.

  • Willingness to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
