What you will work on
Generating and validating high-quality data annotations for the development and evaluation of AI models.
Applying detailed guidelines to label, review, and audit datasets with accuracy and consistency.
Collaborating with technical teams to clarify requirements and continuously improve annotation processes, tools, and documentation.
Maintaining high efficiency while upholding strict quality standards.
Your must haves
Relevant academic background in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).
Professional proficiency in English with strong writing and comprehension skills.
Outstanding research, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong judgment when working with complex instructions, limited data, or multiple information sources.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time across repetitive workflows.
High level of focus, consistency, and tolerance for detail-oriented operational work.
