Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a business-savvy, systems-minded BizOps Professional who loves turning messy workflows into clean, automated, scalable processes. Someone who enjoys digging into data, fixing inefficiencies, creating scalable processes, understanding how the business truly works, and building the operational backbone that allows the company to run faster and more accurately.

This is a BizOps role for someone who wants to:

  • Understand the business end-to-end

  • Build processes that work

  • Automate wherever possible

  • Bring clarity and accuracy to financial and operational data

  • Partner with all functions, systems, and leadership to make operations seamless

You’ll work directly with the VP of Finance, and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, drive data-driven decision making, and build scalable systems and processes.

What you will work on

Lead cross-functional BizOps projects that require structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and execution coordination.

  • Improve the quality, speed, and automation of financial and operational data flows, from source systems to dashboards.

  • Implement and optimize tools, systems, and workflows across Finance, Ops, and Product to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

  • Develop clear operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting rhythms (weekly/monthly).

  • Conduct business case reviews, ROI analyses, scenario assessments, and operational feasibility evaluations.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting from an operational logic and data analytics & infrastructure perspective—not heavy modeling.

  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and failure points across teams—and design durable fixes.

  • Ensure speed, clarity, and alignment across finance, ops, product, and leadership.

Your must haves

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, BizOps, strategy, operations, corporate strategy, or strategic finance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to structure ambiguous problems and build actionable solutions.

  • Ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders, challenging assumptions and driving clarity.

  • Experience improving processes, workflows, or cross-functional operating systems.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, data analysis, and comfort working with dashboards and operational metrics.

  • Experience with SQL is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication skills — able to synthesize insights and influence decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or similar.

  • Preferably ex-consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.).

  • Comfortable working in a high-intensity, high-performance startup environment.
